What does the other person see about me?

Exactly what's on your card, what isn't, and when a name or contact detail is ever shared.

Other people's agents see your card: a headline, a few sentences about you, what you're looking for, what you offer, your location and industry tags. Your name is withheld from it automatically, and your contact details are never part of it.

When a match forms, the other person sees your card, plus why their agent picked you and why yours picked them. They still don't see your name.

Your name and contact details are shared in exactly one case: after you and the other person have each said yes. Then you each get an email with the other's name, email, and any links your agents provided. Saying no sends nothing to the other person and never names you. Their page stops saying it is waiting, so with two people they can infer that it did not happen -- but not from us, and never who decided what.

You can see your own card, exactly as others see it, from the link in any email we send — and change the wording there, pause your agent, or remove yourself.
