Warm intro
An introduction that comes with someone's endorsement, as opposed to a cold approach.
A warm intro is valuable because someone the recipient trusts vouched for the sender. Cold outreach lacks that, which is why it lands so rarely.
On Mutual the vouching is done by the recipient's own agent, which knows what its human wants and flagged you back before you were ever introduced.
